Ever wanted to try different soap-making recipes, create your own signature items for personal use, for gifts or for profit, or just learn about what goes into making soap?  Then, this class is for you! 
With or without any experience, you will learn the foundations of soap making:  safety; cold-process methods; how to create your own recipes (using a simple set formula)
"Handmade" things are springing up everywhere -- in stores, boutiques, as take out food and in health care items. People are returning to the retro feeling of "home made" from home decor to high end, custom embellished clothing to homey foods. Soap can be a big part of this retro trend. Take advantage of this marketing trend and profit from your tiny investment in this class.
Basic Soap making is actually fairly easy. 
The lesson provides a basic recipe for soap making, provide all safety gear and equipment, and you'll create 10 beautiful bars to keep or gift.

**Due to limited class size and because of current protocols, only 3 spaces available per class.  You must pre-register/pre-pay on my website or via etransfer to secure your spot/s.  You will be provided a receipt.

***Fee $139/person (includes 5 hours of instruction, safety gear and usage of all required equipment, 10 bars of Organic soap that you will create yourself 😊 
****Participants MUST wear long sleeved shirts, long pants and close toed footwear, as you will be working directly with sodium hydroxide, which is highly corrosive and can cause severe burns.
Addendum:  Should these classes get filled & go well, I will be offering future dates as well, including an Intermediate Soap Making Class, where you'll learn more complex soap making techniques.
