They make great gifts and have a 2-3 yr shelf life unopened (indefinite if you ask an expert, but I tend to err on the side of caution).  1 yr in the fridge after opening.

Ingredients: 5% Acetic Acid (vinegar), Whole Scotch Bonnet Peppers from my unsprayed garden (16 yrs pesticide free. Seeds and membranes included), Bruce Peninsula Raw Honey and Himalayan Rock Salt.
*(please note there are colour differences in the bottle contents, as some peppers are green, orange, yellow etc.... Peppers may separate from vinegar while shelved, and sink to bottom,  as I don't use fillers or binders.  Do not be alarmed, just give bottle a shake to redistribute contents)
